

Arts Camp
General Information
All Camps
Schedule:
The children should sign in by 9 every morning. The camp is over at 3 p.m.
Parents must sign out children by 3:15 p.m. There will be a $5 charge for
every 30 minutes a child is left after 3:15.
Items to Bring: All art supplies
are provided. Campers should bring the following items to camp each day:
lunch, drink and snacks. All clothing and personal belongings need to have
child’s name on them. Put your child’s name on EVERYTHING you would like
brought home. ANY BELONGINGS OR ARTWORK THAT ARE NOT CLAIMED BY THE LAST DAY
OF CAMP WILL BE DISCARDED!!!
Discipline:
All campers are expected to behave in a
manner that will not distract from the learning experience of others. Having
fun is encouraged, but persistent misbehavior will result in a call to the
parent or guardian to pick up child. Disruptive behavior that continues
after such a warning will result in permanent dismissal from camp.
Special Events: There are several special events scheduled during the
two weeks of camp. Family and friends are all encouraged to attend these
free events. A tentative list of special events is included with this
packet. A complete schedule of special events and snacks will be provided at
registration.
Swimming:
Campers at Arts Camp - Guntersville swim in
the afternoons. Swim time will be after the special events if time is
allowed. Parents are welcome to stay after 3 p.m. with their child to extend
their child’s swim time. Campers should bring a towel and swimsuit with them
to camp.
Snack Time: Parents are invited to sponsor snack time during the
camp.
